Emma is pleased to be back  creating work with professional performers alongside members of the crisis community at The Old Fire Station in Oxford. This September Emma will be directing a weeks devising on the theme "A Beautiful Mess'. the work then continues to evolve with different pockets of the Crisis community until it reaches its performative fruition in October 2017.

The Elves and the Shoemaker

 

Emma will be directing Wild Boor's production of this classic tale. This is a Christmas production for 3-7 year old using Emma Boor's signature style of puppetry alongside Chris Michael's genius clowning. We are happy to report that this production has secured funding both from Arts Council of England and the Oxfordshire City Council Culture Fund. we will also be joined by Matt Winkworth as composer and Nomi Everall as designer.

 

With You Always

Written by Mark Ralph-Bowman this extraordinary play explores looks at the world of aid giving and charity. It pushes our conception of how to help, and our understanding of who is best placed to decide how we can help those less fortunate than ourselves.

With You Always will be directed by Emma along with Amantha Edmead and will be performed at he Old Fire Station Oxford.
